1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.1 The contract stipulated between NICLA S.R.L. and the customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order. This acceptance is deemed tacit. By placing an order through the various methods provided, the customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions and payment terms set forth below.
1.2 Once the online purchase process has been completed, the Customer or consumer must print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, retain these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.
1.3 The Customer is not entitled to compensation or damages, nor is he liable, whether contractual or otherwise, for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

2. Purchase Methods.

2.1The Customer may only purchase products listed in the electronic catalog at the time of order placement and viewable online at www.belove.land .
2.2 Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by NICLA S.R.L. via an email sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the order execution date and a "Customer Order Number," which must be used in all further communications with NICLA S.R.L. staff. The message will contain all the information entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.

3. Prices.

All prices shown to end users on www.belove.land include VAT (22%). Product prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery Methods and Costs.

Shipping within Italy.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer as follows:

  • €6.50 (six/50) for orders equal to or less than €60.00 (sixty/00);
  • Free for orders over €60.00 (sixty/00).
  • Delivery to Livigno and Campione d'Italia is excluded.

Shipping to Europe
We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium/Luxembourg: shipping cost €10.00
  • Netherlands, Spain, Portugal: Shipping cost €9.00
  • Denmark: Shipping cost €12.00
  • Norway, Finland, Sweden: Shipping cost €15.00

NICLA S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to strikes, protests, failed collections, and/or other reasons by the couriers. Delivery times vary from 2 to 3 business days. For islands or remote areas, delivery times may vary. Delivery times may also vary during Christmas and Easter holidays, sales, and other calendar holidays
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier's delivery note has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document.
In the event of failure to collect the material stored at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Product Availability

The integrated stock availability feature is accurate, however, there may be small delays in communicating the actual stock levels and the status shown on the website. Therefore, in some rare cases, item availability may not be 100% guaranteed. If one or more ordered items are not immediately available for shipment, our staff will contact the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) acquires physical possession of the ordered goods. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day on which the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Nicla S.r.l. (Nicla S.r.l., Via delle Azalee n. 7/5 - Milan, fax: +39 0248305249 - e-mail: nicla@mytips.it ) of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration to that effect (for example, by e-mail, fax, or registered letter with return receipt). The Customer's sending of an explicit declaration of their decision to withdraw from the contract will be sufficient. The withdrawal deadline is considered met if the customer sends their declaration before the expiration of the 14-day period starting from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. For the return procedure to be successful, the goods must be returned intact, not worn or stained.

The return fee, which must be completed exclusively via BRT courier, is €6.90. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, NICLA S.R.L. will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the goods (excluding shipping costs), using the same payment method used for the order and/or bank transfer, within 14 days of the goods being returned. The Customer is responsible for promptly providing the bank details for the refund (name, surname, account holder, IBAN code).

The right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely if the essential integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking, in cases where NICLA S.R.L. finds:

that integral parts of the product are missing;
- that the product is damaged.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, NICLA S.R.L. will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs.

8. Warranties

Products purchased from www.belove.land are subject to the provisions, where applicable, of Legislative Decree no. 24 of February 2, 2002 (Official Gazette no. 57, March 8, 2002) on sales contracts and warranties for consumer goods and, for anything not covered therein, to the specific provisions of the Civil Code. The warranty is personal and therefore applies only to the original Purchaser, being reserved for direct Customers and not to merchants, resellers, etc. Any product packaging defects must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods.The Customer must attach a written notification when returning the defective product. To be eligible for replacement, even if defective, the product must be returned to NICLA S.R.L. complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation received by the customer at the time of purchase. Returning the product without the original packaging, accessories, and documentation will prevent NICLA S.R.L. from replacing the product. NICLA S.R.L. reserves the right to verify the actual defect reported by the Customer and to replace the product only after such inspection. The request will be processed only if the following documents are included in the returned package: a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt, order number and date, and a brief description of the defect found. The costs of returning the goods to the sender are the responsibility of the Customer.
